Hi! We are the Mecha Knights, Team 16028. We are based in Provo, Utah. We currently have 13 members, 2 main coaches, and 3 mentors that come frequently, among others. We began as a competition team in 2019, under the name of Radioactive Refrigerators Sold Separately (odd name, we know). We did a complete rebranding last year, changing our name to the Mecha Knights. This year, we continue to work on strengthening our branding.
Our goals as a team is to have a positive impact in our community, to reach out and give more students the opportunity to take part in STEM and be a part of the amazing FIRST community. We strive to do this by attending children's farmers markets, going to the State Capitol to present to legislators and students alike, as well as other events.

Vikram: 12th grade, Build and Design, been in FIRST for 5 years
Hyrum: 10th grade, Build Rookie in FIRST
Kayden: 10th grade, Team Captain (Build and Outreach) 4th year FIRST (2 in FLL)
Emperor Peavler: Head Coach and Star Wars Fanatic
Joanna: 12th grade, Outreach, been in FIRST for 3 years
Tyler: 10th grade, Build been in FIRST for 2 years
